In America you have free speech and freedom to protest.

Freedom of speech does not stop consequences of free speech:

If you threaten to kill people you go to jail.

If you tell a bank teller to give you all the money in the bank, you go to jail.

If you cry fire in a theatre, you go to jail.

If you threaten to bomb a building unless people pay you, you go to jail.

So when you threaten to kill everyone in America that's a crime, it's not a legal protest, you should be in jail.
