Chicken Rissoles (Recipe enough for 36 Rissoles)
0.5 l Chicken stock
0.5 l Vegetable stock
1 carrots
1 Onion
0.5 kg Chicken thighs
1 Tsp fish sauce
1 Tsp Dark soy sauce
1 dl White wine
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
2 Bay Leaves

Bechamel sauce:
50g Butter
50G Flour Ap
½ Onion 100g
50g Minced chorizo
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Tomato Paste
1 Tsp Brown Sugar

Bechamel Sauce
Shredded chicken
Parsley finely chopped

Dough( enough for 18 rissoles, do twice to cover all the filling)
275 ml Water
50 ml Chicken stock
50G Butter
2x Lemon peel
1 Tsp Salt
