Follow my logic here and I think you'll come.to an agreement with my view of this topic. The FDA is already the patent owners of non psychoactive cannainods and owns parents on derived synthetic cannabinoids developed in the mid 80s. They were well aware that THCa decarbbs into Delta 9. Delta 9 is your Psychoactive Bit, the part tht gets us high that works in our brains and bodies. THCa turns into that, so only measuring the pre harvest levels or post harvest levels of Delta 9 doesn't tell you what the product being made will actually contain how.much of psychoactive molecule. I believe they did this for a very specific reason. . . .
