This popular Bangladeshi dish is made with chicken strips marinated in a mixture of spices, and then fried to a crispy and golden brown perfection. Ingredients for Dhaka Fried Chicken:

• 500g chicken strips
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon chili sauce
• 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
• 1/3 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons corn flour
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
• Vegetable oil (for deep frying)

Instructions:

1.Add the chicken strips, paprika powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, mustard powder, ginger-garlic paste, worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, chili flakes, salt, egg, corn flour, all-purpose flour and sesame seeds in a bowl. Mix everything well to ensure the chicken strips are evenly coated.
2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
4. Carefully drop the marinated chicken strips into the hot oil and fry on medium heat for about 8-10 minutes or until the chicken strips are golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove the fried chicken strips from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
