Almond Butter Cookies - Gluten Free

Ingredients:
1 cup almond butter Link: prozis.com/13CFN (discount code JULIEYOGA10)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
Hersey Kisses ( optional)

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, granulated sugar, and egg. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
Scoop out small portions of dough and roll them into balls, then place them on the prepared baking sheet. Leave some space between each cookie as they will spread while baking.
Use a fork to gently press down on each cookie, creating a crisscross pattern on top. ( or I omit if I’m putting Hersey Kisses on top)
Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes (put Hershey Kisses on top if adding them) before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy your delicious and easy peanut butter cookies!

Note: Feel free to customize these cookies by adding chocolate chips, chopped nuts, or a sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking or after.
