Power-Lift Grease PL-10™ #2 Grade to #00 Grade

We have a customer that regularly orders Muscle's Power-Lift Grease PL-10™, but they require a #00 grade grease for ease of pumpability. They are using the grease on cabinet hinges. This video will demonstrate from start to finish how Dave and George get this job done. The Power-Lift Grease PL-10™ starts out as a grade #2 grease, so the first order of business is for Dave Bowser to test the grease on the Penetrometer before adding anything to the mix. When George Bowser pumps the initial grease into the drum, it is a grade #2 grease (you can see how thick it is), which we most commonly sell. To change the grade, Dave adds Muscle's Firepower FP-10™ to the #2 grease, then mixes it in. Once the mixing is done, George will pump it into the drum (you can see how much thinner the consistency is). When the drum is full, Dave puts the lid and ring on, and it is ready to be shipped. We work with our customers to determine what grade grease they require. We offer #2, #1.5 #1, #0 and #00 grade grease.
