So fluffy, so soft! Hot out of the oven, these cinnamon buns are simply irresistible!

Here are the ingredients:

Dough:
500g flour
220 ml milk
65g butter
70g sugar
10 g dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg

Filling:
80g butter
110 g Demerara sugar (light brown sugar)
2.5 tablespoons cinnamon

Glaze:
120 g cream cheese
30g butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
80g powdered sugar
