Ingredients:
300 g ground beef
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
150g cabbage
0.5 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
6 slices of American cheese
2 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
70g panko breadcrumbs
Cooking oil
Sauce:
4.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
5 tablespoons ketchup

Preparation:
• Chop the cabbage, add salt, and massage it well. Set aside for about 10 minutes, then squeeze to remove the excess water.
• Chop the onion and sauté in olive oil until translucent.
• Place ground beef in a bowl and add the sautéed onion, cabbage, 3 tablespoons of panko breadcrumbs, an egg, soy sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, and nutmeg. Mix to combine.
• Divide the mixture into 6 portions. Form each portion into a sphere and toss it back and forth between your hands to release excess air.
• Place a cheese cube in the center, close and form into a sphere again.
• Dredge in flour, egg and then in panko breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs firmly.
• Add enough cooking oil to a pan to half cover the burgers. Heat the oil slowly and then fry the breaded burgers for 7 minutes on both sides.
