Grilled TRI-TIP

We make a grilled Tri Tip, which is a cut that calls my hometown of Santa Barbara County California it’s hometown as well. We show you how to make the traditional version that I grew up on, and how to capture the flavors and presentation of the original, even if you don’t have the right equipment like a Santa Maria style grill, or even a wood burning or charcoal grill.
