Tasty dish to make before you watch your favorite sports on TV. You can top them however you want. Today I chose to make the cheese sauce with pepper jack cheese and top it with seasoned ground chuck, diced tomatoes with hatch chilies, corn, guacamole, sour cream and sriracha. The topping combinations are limitless.
