The paedophile had previously served a 12-year prison sentence for raping a six-year-old girl in 1987. Omar had been due to stand trial for sexually abusing a ten-year-old in #Northampton #England But when the case at #NorthamptonCrownCourt was put back a month due t budget attacks, he was released on bail and went on to attack the 12-year-old in Hemel Hempstead #Hertfordshire by spiking her #FrootShoot with #vodka .
