Cook with Cylia 10 - French salmon pasta

Ingredients :
80 g Cream
0.5 bunch Sorrel
240 g ASC-certified salmon fillets (2x120g)
200 g White spaghetti
50 mL White wine
1 Round shallot

Preparation

1.Spaghetti
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sorrel sauce.

2. Sorrel Sauce
- Finely dice the shallot.
- Remove the stems and finely chop the sorrel.
- In a small saucepan, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the shallot for about 5 minutes.
- Deglaze with the white wine. Add the cream and cook for another 1-2 minutes over low heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Off the heat, add the sorrel and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- While the sauce is cooking, prepare the salmon.

3. Salmon
- 15 minutes in the Airfryer (160 C°)

- 15 minutes in the Oven
OR
- Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillets.
- In a skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Cook the salmon fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through, starting with the skin side down. Season with salt and pepper.
- Tip: To prevent the fish from sticking, place it on parchment paper before putting it i
