Revisiting The "Privacy Is Your Right" Fiasco (March 27th, 2023): Remember To Donate!

Back in March 2023, a group came seemingly out of nowhere, called "Privacy Is Your Right. They were asking for donations for a case (Dr. Kustka) that would allow patients to act as intervenors in CPSO hearings. The case was - predictably - thrown out because it was a duplicate of another one that was recently decided, Dr. Kilian.

However, that point wasn't mentioned to donors.

Had this been disclosed, how many would have refused to contribute?

As an aside, accusing judges of "ignoring your submissions" when they write their decisions amounts to allegations of corruption. Not wise to make without proof.
