Schools and government organizations are required to participate in flag ceremonies and chant the "Bagong Pilipinas" hymn.

In weekly flag ceremonies, Malacañang mandated that government offices and schools nationwide recite the hymn "Bagong Pilipinas (A New Philippines)" and make a commitment.
