Putin Announces BRICS independent payment system - QFS

Russian President Putin confirms that BRICS is developing its own independent payment system.

“BRICS is working on our own independent payment system, free from political pressure, abuse and outside interference.”

“BRICS comprises 30% of the Earth’s land mass, 45% of the world’s population and 33% of the world’s GDP.”

“This is 3% more than the GDP of the G7 countries,” said Maria Zakharova, representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
