Puppy genetic defect thin torn skin

My American Bully bred with a wild dog of some kind. [photo of dad in video] 6 of the 10+ pups were perfectly healthy but 4 of them developed tears on their skin. 2 of those pups required medical intervention to survive. Here is the runt at 2 weeks, one month, and 2 years.
