Man uses female restroom only and uses their used period pads to make a hat!

This fanatical Weimar Republican thinks he's a woman went into a female restroom for the first time where he made a hat for himself out of their used period pads.. When the police were called on him, he somehow convinced the officer he was 'Female' and when the officer let him go.. he stuffed a used tampon into a donut and handed it to the officer to eat.. 🙈
