Famous YouTuber Alex Choi Is Facing 10 Years In Federal Prison For This Crazy Helicopter Stunt

YouTuber Alex Choi is facing 10 years in federal prison for shooting fireworks out of a moving helicopter. The stunt was filmed last year in the Mojave desert in California for the 4th of July. Prosecutors are accusing Choi of not having a permit and bringing fireworks across state lines from Nevada to California. He was charged with “causing the placement of an explosive or incendiary device on an aircraft.”
