Jeremy Hales, an arguably vexatious litigator, and youtuber, is suing his neighbor. Jeremy Hales has been on YouTube for a number of years, has a large following…and claims to create videos in order to document his life and share it with the world. Objectively, it appears that he has done some charitable work, but at what cost. It appears in this latest series of videos that Jeremy is not streaming his own life but involuntarily streaming the lives of his neighbors. He claims that the neighbors have engaged in a smear campaign against him and he is exacting revenge by putting them on full display, every aspect of their life. His channel became popular in the #lawtube sphere when he began posting videos of his trial stream. That's right, Jeremy’s neighbor has filed for a protective order against him. And he is also suing his Florida neighbors in an Ohio Court…with a Federal lawsuit kicker…Is he doing this for the views? Is he doing this because of principles? Is he doing this for the money? There are also several criminal charges pending against Jeremy. Let's talk about it…
Joining me today are two members of the legal team going after Jeremy, Shara Michelle and Attorney Bruce Matzkin…
