Aaron Bailey's family seeks justice from Merit Board as they determine career fate of two officers
5 years ago
As the two Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers involved in the fatal shooting of Aaron Bailey prepare to learn their career fate this week, Bailey's family says they are hoping justice will be served. Officers Carlton Howard and Michel Dinnsen were cleared of criminal charges after the shooting but remain suspended. Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Chief Bryan Roach has recommended their firing to the Civilian Review Board. A three-day hearing process before the board will begin Tuesday.
