New Moon in Cancer today so nurturance is the way! We did poses to nurture our heart chakras and more to strengthen our arms and backs. Great time to start new projects, change belief systems, harmonize relationships. We also worked on balance between effort and rest (yes, you are allowed to rest, take that out into your daily routine).
