Burbank responds to LA councilmember's homeless dumping accusation.

LA City Council President Paul Krekorian says he’s “outraged” after a video released by his office shows Burbank PD dropping off a homeless man in front of his North Hollywood office on Thursday, taking off the man’s handcuffs and then driving away.

This is what Burbank has always done all of sudden it’s news because it was in front of his office.
