Dad's Carseat Shenanigans Backfire

As scary as it may be for some parents, roughhousing is an important part of childhood development. Any time a child is put in a situation that provokes a “fear” response, but in a manner that reassures the child they’re not in danger, it does wonders for physical and mental confidence, as well as instills trust and bonding with whomever is guiding the child through the experience. Throwing, swinging, dropping— these are all unquestionably positive things… IF no one gets hurt (and by “no one,” we mean the kid).

We embark on this journey into hilarity on an icy deck, which, truth be told, may have played a small part in this uproarious blunder. A young boy, strapped into his car seat, is spun in a clockwise circle by his loving dad. By the looks of it, he’s having a great time, and is building trust with his father while his evolutionary responses are getting a top notch fine-tuning.
