Relating to Harry Mack's "Tired As Fuck": Thoughts on Life, Sobriety, and Control @HarryMack

Today, I dive into Harry Mack's track "Tired As Fuck," and it resonates deeply with my own journey. Before the music, I talk a bit about how life has been. My mind has been surprisingly silent, which is a rare but welcome change. I've managed to get a lot of training done, and I'm excited to share that I'm rebranding everything with my YouTube name. This will now be the brand for my coaching as well, with the same logo and name across all platforms.

Harry Mack's music today struck a chord with me, especially as I sensed he might be reflecting on struggles in sobriety, something I can very much relate to. After the music, I discuss the concept of control when it comes to substance use. I believe it's possible to control it, but it's such a headache and consumes so much focus. Giving up the fight feels like the end of a war, bringing a sense of peace and freedom.
