The Supreme Court began to consider the merits of Rowe v. Wade in January 2020 privately. On March 4th, 2020, Senator Chuck Schumer announced a threatening Whirlwind of pain on any Supreme Court Justice who dared deny the Radical Left the blood of babies in the womb. And weeks later, according to reports and court documents, an MK Ultra FBI "Watchlist" goon, Nicholas John Roske, traveled from California to Maryland to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh who was privately writing the Supreme Court's Majority opinion banning such infanticide and threatened to shoot him dead with his Glock 17 pistol. Roske is an anti-gun radical leftist agitator and claims to be upset about the Uvalde Christian School shooting, where innocent 9 year-olds were gunned down by another FBI "Watchlist" character. Both these acts tended to favor the passage of gun control, post-birth abortion, and other radical leftist political agendas.
The FBI has not investigated how Roske received knowledge about Kavanaugh's majority opinion; and, when questioned about it, Merrick Garland claimed it was an ongoing investigation, and that the DOJ would reveal no further information. Apparently, the DOJ is squeamish sharing crime scene evidence when it harms leftists. Yet, in other instances, the DOJ is eager to share evidence which hurts their political enemies. For example, Jack Smith published false/staged crime scene photos after the Mar A Lago Raid, yet the same DOJ hid Hunter Biden's laptop for years. Thus, Chuck Schumer's whirlwind threat involves 6 ways from Sunday lawfare practiced by a captured DOJ and FBI and includes covert terror attacks all working in concert to achieve their political goals.
