HardGainer Spring Cut Day 13 - Triceps, Chest & Shoulder Workout

this is day 13 of the hardgainer spring cut. Today we got a Triceps, Chest & Shoulder Workout. This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently cutting and weigh around 157lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2800 calories. I try to get around 150-200 calories below that everyday to cut 2lb to 3lbs a month. I hope you enjoy!
