Our mental health is taking center stage, and its value is finally being recognized. God is for us improving our bodies. After all, He created our bodies, and we honor Him by taking care of them. As 1 Timothy 4:8 says, "Physical training is good." Physical and spiritual exercise are both beneficial for the soul. Expressing gratitude for our limbs, breath, heart, and lungs can keep us grounded in our faith and increase our motivation to engage in physical workouts.
Mental health encompasses psychological, social, and emotional well-being. It affects how we face life’s challenges, manage relationships, make decisions, and our general well-being. Achieving good mental health requires intention, discipline, and knowledge, similar to physical health. One effective way to safeguard mental health is through exercise.
