Dan Papirany ITRIO – A map thing Unlisted Video

Here is a composition titled “A map thing” it is a dissonant focused tune with modal harmony. The idea was to have an interlude on F7 and use the minor blues scale over it, it goes through two styles, a straight 8 note and swing at the bridge. It is a project which was inspired by the collaboration between musicians during covid. In this clip I collaborate with myself and play all instruments. I used the “BARS” studio equipment to record and video one part at the time. The result is a one-person trio format I call ITRIO. It is available for download as mp3 on Spotify and Apple Music.
