❌Holding Colonizers To Their Constitution, and birthrights of aboriginal indigenous thought.
From a constitutional perspective of indigenous peoples; and rights of aboriginal indigenous thought; holding America's colonizer's to their constitution further subjugates the aborigine on their own lands by giving consent through a foreign constitution that allows foreigners to regulate and control trade of land minerals, goods and property of the oppressed aboriginal people. This consent keeps the aborigine fighting an unending, and re-occurring battle. Holding the colonizers up to their constitution does not solve social problems caused by the very same foreigners that are occupying land that was stolen through the “doctrine of discovery” fraud (fruit of the poisonous tree), nor does it liberate the aborigine people. The only way to liberation on earth is to stop consenting and completely remove ourselves from the colonizer's ways of regulation, and control which includes their own declarations of independence from their own lands; their constitutions, treaties, and trusts, etc.
