Made a character based on Maximus from the Fallout tv show.

I forgot to upload the others, but will start now. Made a character based on Maximus in the Fallout TV series. Since I have never really worked with the brotherhood of steal in Fallout 4, this is a great opportunity. off to find the brotherhood.
