If you don't like BROCCOLI, just make this amazing salad!
Ingredients:
🔹head of broccoli approx. 500 g (17.6 oz)
🔹bacon 100 g (3.5 oz)
🔹hard but not too salty cheese 100 g (3.5 oz)
🔹1 small shallot or red onion
🔹dried cranberries 2-3 tbsp.
🔹mixture of sunflower and pumpkin seeds 2-3 tbsp
For the sauce:
🔹greek yogurt 2 tbsp.
🔹mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp.
🔹garlic (dry or fresh) to taste
🔹mustard 1/2 tsp.
Preparation:
🔹Cut off the florets from the broccoli. The stalks are not needed.
🔹Chop the florets into small pieces and add to boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
🔹Remove, let cool slightly, or put in cold water to stop the cooking process.
🔹Fry the bacon in a frying pan until crispy.
🔹Cut the bacon into small pieces.
🔹Grate the cheese.
🔹Finely chop the onion.
🔹Mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
🔹In a separate bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, onion, cheese, seeds, cranberries and sauce.
🔹The salad is ready, enjoy)
