Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups of date
1and 1/2 cups mixed seeds (chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, etc.)
1 and 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Pinch of salt

if you want to cook them then bake for 20 mins at 180c/350F
