Biden claims to have known Putin in the 1980s somehow

The year is 1984, and a young Vladimir Putin is receiving a new identity for his next top secret, undercover assignment for the KGB. Only a handful of people on Earth know who this man really is. One of those men is Joseph Robinette Biden Jr.

Or, at least, that’s what the 158-year-old Biden now recalls. Yes, old Timeslip Joe has been reminiscing about things that never happened again. In an interview with ABC on the shores of Normandy, Biden changed the subject from honoring Second World War veterans to how much Russian President Vladimir Putin ‘concerns’ him. ‘I’ve known him for over 40 years. He’s concerned me for 40 years. He’s not a decent man,’ Biden said.
