1942 Temperature Range Blanket - Giving Up - Yarn Y'all episode 55

I planned to crochet a temperature blanket, reflecting the daily high temperatures in Lynn, Massachusetts in 1942-1943 - the first year of my dad's life.

But, I missed a stitch early on, and trying to hurry to finish for his birthday I didn't notice the slow-motion car wreck that was happening.
