New License Plates For Connecticut

We have the worst designed license plates in America. I am proposing that we have a design contest where Connecticut residents submit new license plate designs and Connecticut citizens vote on the best design options. The winners of the design contest will receive lifetime royalty payments from the state of Connecticut for using their design.
