Poway resident, Tony Blain, is leading an initiative to have term limits for the Poway Mayor and City Council positions. Right now he is gathering signatures to qualify for the Nov 2024 ballot. What do you think of Term Limits? Is it important to have turnover? Or do elections serve as a referendum on term limits anyway?
