This Policy will Save American Small Businesses

I will implement the American Small Business Prompt payment Act that will force large corporations to pay small businesses on maximum 10 day payment terms or face standard interest rates of 18% penalties that follow the same interest rates as credit cards. No longer will large corporations be able to use small businesses as their personal interest free credit cards.
