Another Day, Another Town Meeting Where Residents Express Anger Over Policies THEY Voted For

When Joe Biden was running for office, he made it abundantly clear what would happen if he were to be elected. Biden encouraged people to illegally "surge to the border" to take advantage of the Trump EOs he would rescind, which is exactly what happened on day one: Proclamation on the Termination Of Emergency With Respect To The Southern Border Of The United States And Redirection Of Funds Diverted To Border Wall Construction. As a result, Dem strongholds like Chicago, NYC, L.A. and other places decided it could be a great time to ramp up the virtue signaling and embrace their "sanctuary city/state" status even more. Now we're seeing residents in these areas complaining loudly that illegals are eating up the resources, and many of them aren't self-aware enough to go look in a mirror so they can see what caused the problem.

The latest example of this is in Norfolk County, Massachusetts. In that area, Joe Biden received more than 67 percent of the vote in 2020 (slightly higher than the state average) to about 30 percent for Donald Trump. They got what they wanted (well, two-thirds of them anyway), and Joe Biden is in the White House. Guess what's happening now… Massachusetts held a meeting last night after announcing that they are sending hudreds of illegal aliens to Norfolk. It didn't go over well with residents. I'm willing to sympathize for about one-third of those people who voted against the madness we all saw coming. What made it easier to see it coming is that Biden and the Democrats literally told us what they were going to do. Now I'll go ahead and predict what those who got exactly what they voted for and are now angry about it will do in the upcoming election:

Biden got more than 67 percent of the Norfolk County vote in 2020. Most of these people will conclude the problem is they didn’t vote for Democrats hard enough. "I'll vote for Democrats again to fix the problems caused by the Democrats I voted for the last time" is the definition of insanity on steroids but watch the election data after the next election and I'm guessing not very many residents of that area will learn any lessons.
