INGREDIENTS 8 cups Atta ( 1 use wholewheat chakki atta) Approx 4 & half cups warm water(the consistency of atta should be soft and stretchy) 4 tbsp oil (keeps the atta & rotis soft)
s"Add Atta, oil and water in the mixer bowl. Attach the dough hook. First knead at the lowest speed. Then gradually keep increasing speed. Stop in between,Keep scraping the sides.
<^The atta dough will start forming a shape and will leave the edges of the bowl. Takes around 7-8 mins for the whole process. And its ready.
<"Wet your hands, remove the Atta from the dough hook_ Always Transfer the prepared Atta into an Airtight box and store it at the back of your fridge for upto 4-5 days. It will stay good and fresh.
<"Make sure that your dough is softer than usual because after you put in fridge it gets bit hard.
