Is Merrel Moab Shoes Traction Really So Bad?

Currently, I am using my third pair of Merrel Moab shoes for men. My first pair I ordered in 2008, so I have a lot of experience with this brand and this particular model. I love the design and features and I can fully recommend these boots, they are comfortable, versatile, and reliable. But traction is not their best feature.
