First day after my fast, I’m already reloading my food, so I hope tomorrow I will get my strength back. Just wanted to tell you, three days without food and being fully active is possible. Just don’t push yourself on your first fast. Stay strong and natural; this is the way to go if you want to feel good in your body. Just follow some of my workouts. Let’s go!

4 sets x 6-10 reps

3️⃣ Dumbbell Front Raise
4 sets x 6-10 reps

4️⃣ Cable Reverse Fly
4 sets x 6-10 reps
