Woman Says Man Urinated on Her Legs

An intoxicated Homestead man was placed under arrest after he allegedly urinated on a woman, according to the Collier County Sheriff's Office. Deputies responded to Pelican Larry's Raw Bar and Grill in Naples in reference to a disturbance, Thursday night. The victim told deputies that while standing outside of the bar, she felt something wet hitting her legs. When she looked up, she saw Jose Moya-Benitez, 38, urinating on the bar's wall, which caused a back splash hitting the woman, according to CCSO.
