A Naples man is accused of submitting fraudulent information to purchase a gun at a pawn shop, according to the Collier County Sheriff's Office. According to an arrest report, Robert Whalen, 56, attempted to purchase a pistol from First Pawn Jewelry and Loan Store in February.
