How Russians are making Dubai their new home

After Russia invaded Ukraine more than two years ago, thousands of Russian natives have flocked to the United Arab Emirates, seeking to avoid conflict and Western sanctions. Some have capitalized on Dubai's freewheeling financial and business hub to buy property, build companies or simply restart their life from scratch. Ilan Rubens reports.
