Recipe and ingredients

00:06 1 carrot.
00:23 Cabbage 150 g.
00:47 1 small onion.
01:11 Butter.
01:13 Olive oil.
01:21 Fry the onion.
01:33 Add carrots and cabbage.
01:38 Cook over medium-high heat until done.
01:50 2 eggs.
01:58 Yoghurt 2 tbsp.
02:02 Salt, pepper, nutmeg.
02:39 Olive oil.
02:41 Tortilla.
02:58 Cheese (mixture of 3 types of cheese).
03:06 Cover with tortilla.
03:11 Add cheese.
03:21 Cover with a lid and cook over low heat.
03:24 Wait for the cheese to melt.
03:26 Flip the tortilla over.
03:31 Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Cut 2 potatoes.
Add potatoes to the pan.
Pour 600 ml of water into the pan.
Cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.
Mash the potatoes.
Add 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter.
Cornstarch 3 tbsp.
mix well.
Roll the mashed potatoes into balls and then flatten them.
Add mozzarella cheese and form into clumps.
Fry in olive oil for 3 minutes.
Turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.

Wait 10 minutes.
3 tomatoes.
Salt.
Pepper.
Italian herbs.
Olive oil.
Basil.

In the oven /20 minutes/200°C/400°C.
Spinach 140g.
Ricotta 4 tbsp.
1 clove of garlic.
Italian herbs.
Salt.
Eggplants are soft.0
Olive oil.
Mozzarella 200g.
Marinara sauce.
Olive oil.
Marinara sauce.
Olive oil.
Parmesan.
In the oven /30 minutes/200°C/400°C.
Allow to cool slightly.
15:55 Recipe 4.
1 carrot.
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Fry onions and carrots.
1 pepper.
Add peppers to the pan.
Minced meat 450 g.
Roast for 15 minutes.
Tomato sauce 1 cup (250 ml).
Salt.
Black pepper.
Paprika.
2-3 potatoes.
Mozzarella.
In the oven/40 minutes/180°C/360°F.
