Sorrel seeds

In our garden, the sorrel grew almost 2 feet in 17 days. There are seeds at the top of the stem. This is a natural phenomenon in nature. The seeds can be collected and planted in the garden the following year. But we don’t do that in rural life. It takes too much time to process the seeds. It is more profitable to buy a pack of seeds next year. It costs 20-30 cents. We will trim and discard the top of the sorrel stems. And the sorrel leaves will continue to grow all summer.
