1:45 One Pan veggies Pasta recipe :
Olive oil little
Half package of whole wheat pasta ( depends your pan if it’s enough big ! )
1 small head broccoli 🥦
3 carrot 🥕
2 tomatoes 🍅
1 red sweet long peppers 🫑 ( choose the veggies you like ! )

1,2 litters of vegetable broth I used water

Add spices salt & pepper

Cook until the pasta is fully cooked
cook 9 minutes after boiling

2:47 Whole wheat veggies pizza

2 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3 tsp yeast powder
1 cup warm water
2 tsp olive oil

Mix let it rest 1-2 H

Add 1 tbsp whole wheat flour to the dough mix then top it with some olive oil so it doesn’t stick

Decorate with natural tomatoes sauce and some veggies finish with mozzarella cheese
Bake 200 C 15-20 minutes

250-300 G low fat cream cheese
3 handful fresh spinach cut

Bake 200 C 15-20 minutes Cook first the onion for 1 minute on a medium heat with olive oil reduce the heat then add all other ingredients stir cover leave it cook 20 minutes

Bake 180 C 15-20 minutes

Top it with pizza sauce or any

Bake again 5-10 minutes

17:27 Feta whole wheat Manakish recipe : make 4-5 Pieces

In a small bowl 🥣 mix :

3/4 cup warm water
3 tsp powdered yeast

Stir & Leave it sit 5 minutes

After 5 minutes add

3 tbsp olive oil to the yeast

In a big bowl 🥣 :

- 2 1/2 cup whole wheat 🌾 flour -
you will use only 1 1/4 cup first and later you will add the rest

1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp suga white
1/2 tsp salt
Mix
Add the yeast olive oil mixture
Stir then add
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Stir then finish with the rest of the flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
Stir with a wooden spoon
Then knead for 2 minutes with your hand .
Form a ball with the dough

Oil the bowl and the dough cover and let it sit until double sized

Cut in 4-6 pieces
Roll
Heat a pan on medium high heat
You have to be quick otherwise it will burn
Add the dough to the pan when you see a bubble check if it’s browned under then turn lower the heat when you add the feta cheese

Add the feta cheese

200 g feta
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp herbs

26:27 One pan stewed red lentil and tomatoes recipe

Olive oil
1 onion
3 cups carrots frozen or fresh
Cook on low to medium heat 8-10 minutes
Add
1 1/2 red lentils washed
3 cups vegetable broth
Cook 10 minutes after boiling
