Dear Soul Family,

It is my desire to help you live and extraordinary life, unfortunately sometime our programming from the past can get in the way and sabotage our desires, dreams and goals. Over your lifetime you have received many messages from a wide range of negative influences, and even though they belong to others, you ended up owning those as if they were your own.

Fortunately, they don’t belong to you and as you go within you can review those programs and release and discard them by clearing your energetic space. Another positive and loving process is to change your self-talk to speaking only kind and positive things about yourself, your life and any circumstance you want to bring into being.

You are in a perpetual process of becoming, so you get to design your life for your greatest happiness and create an extraordinary life. However, before you do that you must put aside all those things that will put you down, make you feel less than and sabotage the results and outcomes you are striving to achieve.
