It's very easy to fall into this comparison trap where you're looking at other people and say to yourself, "well, if they can do that, how come I can't do that? If they, got sick and they got better than how come I can't get better".

Maybe we know people in Facebook groups, maybe they're in YouTube communities, on forums and you'll see them recover. That might make you feel left behind.

The only comparison you should make is asking yourself what you can do now and how you're responding to symptoms now versus a month ago. That is the ONLY comparison you should be making - you don't want to look any further than that or you're likely going to feel worse about your situation.
