The Michigan Supreme Court has paused the effort by One Fair Wage by not hearing the lawsuit filed by the group. Restaurant owners say they are happy with the decision but the Supreme Court is yet to rule on the "Adopt and Amend" tactic used by lawmakers in 2018 with One Fair Wage's petition. They might rule it was unconstitutional.
